Preparing our stuffed clams is easy - you don’t even need to thaw them! Skip the mucking, shucking, and prep work and enjoy delicious stuffed clams in no time.
If Frozen: Bake Clams on pan in preheated oven at 400°F for 25-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
If Thawed: Bake Clams on pan in preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Caution: Shell will be hot!

No. Chef’s Catch Stuffed Clams are made with raw chopped clams and then flash frozen, meaning they are ready-to-cook. As any clam lover knows, overcooking clams results in a tough, rubbery texture. Therefore, we do not pre-cook our stuffed clams to preserve optimal texture and quality, resulting in the best baked clam possible.
We use top-quality fresh New England surf clams.
Roughly 9-12 months if properly temperature controlled.
I received 4 packages of stuffed clams. They arrived a day later than expected and when I opened them, I thought I had misunderstood the quantities. It looked like two per package. One package was ripped down the middle and re-wrapped with saran. The stuffies were frozen still but appeared to have thawed and re-froze on top of each other so 3 and 4 were just a huge clump. I was so incredibly disappointed !!

A great little stuffed clam, and a quick appetizer. To add extra flavor, and awesomeness I top off before cooking, with lemon juice, butter, garlic, bacon, cheese, and/or a casino topper. At least add, a little pat of butter or good olive to the top of clam before cooking, and serve with lemon wedges. I recommend ordering two trays at a time!
