We love cooked salmon because it’s extremely versatile and one of the healthiest fish packed with protein and fatty acids. While you can certainly make your own salmon fillets seasoned with salt and pepper, this stuffed salmon is an indulgence that takes a fraction of the work!
The delicate, buttery flavor of the cod pairs beautifully with a squeeze of lemon, fresh chopped Italian parsley, and the subtly sweet crab surimi, crafting a crab stuffed cod dish you'll find irresistible! This baked stuffed cod goes effortlessly from fridge to table in less than 20 minutes — just enough time to whip up your favorite side dishes.

Stuffed cod good but perhaps a few too many non-seafood ingredients and a need for sauce in the accompanying recipe. Frankly didn't find it much of an advance in taste over cod alone, but that could just be a personal taste issue.
