Thawing Instructions: Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
Cooking Instructions: Salmon Burgers may be pan fried, grilled, broiled, or baked. Cook with medium high heat on both sides for all methods, until the salmon burger is firm to the touch and browned on its surface (Internal temperature should reach 150-155°F).

Theses Salmon burgers are excellent we threw them in the air fryer and they came out perfect still nice and juicy on the inside! Then we put them on some fresh Virgilio's rolls with BLT and some spicy mayo absolutely divine
