METHOD: Farm raised in the Bay of Bengal, the largest single bay in the world, under the strictest quality standards. Individually flash frozen at -160°F within hours of harvest, locking in peak freshness, texture, and flavor (learn more about flash freezing)
HEALTH HIGHLIGHT: 15 grams of lean protein per 3 ounce serving and very low in dietary fat
We recommend thawing shrimp under refrigeration. Place the bag of frozen Cooked Naked Shrimp in a bowl or container to catch any potential leaks during thawing, and then put it in the refrigerator. You may also remove frozen shrimp from bag and place in a sealable container or bag. Thaw in refrigerator overnight, or for 12-24 hours. After 12 hours, you may drain the bag of any liquid and allow to finish thawing.
For quicker thawing, place shrimp in a colander under cold running water for 5-8 minutes or until fully thawed. Do NOT thaw with hot or warm water. Drain, and continue preparation.
Do not refreeze. Thawed shrimp can be stored under refrigeration for two days. Once thawed, pat dry of any excess moisture before preparation.

Method: Combine all ingredients. Pulse in a food processor until combined.
Keep chilled until ready to use.
